QUOTATION
For new customer (first email), please send your request to info@jtm-gift.com .
One of our sales managers will become your permanent and dedicated contact. After receiving your inquiry letter, our sales manager will feedback as soon as possible by sending one form to confirm the product specifications , then the price will be offered after your confirmation .At the same time ,the artwork will be prepared according to your requested.
Once the artwork is confirmed, we will send a sales confirmation letter to reconfirm the price, the trade terms and delivery terms etc.
After sales confirmation letter is approved and payment is received (depending on payment terms, see Payment terms section for more information), the production can launch (either mass production or sample production if a sample is needed).
Once production is finished and ready to be shipped, our sales manager will provide you with all the freight details to ensure a smooth delivery if necessary.
ARTWORK DEPARTMENT
With a team of 3 talented designers we create all your artworks free of charge. Our usual response time is 48 hours with a maximum of 72 hours. This is a tremendous competitive advantage as you are able to visualize the product before production, it gives you a good selling point to finalize your orders when necessary.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our standard payment terms are:
-If order value is under 1,500 USD or equivalent in EUR: 100% payment upon order before production.
-If order value is above 1,500 USD or equivalent in EUR: 30%payment upon order before production, 70% balance one week before shipment.
The other payment is:
-Letter of credit (L/C): above 20,000 USD or equivalent in EUR.
LEAD TIMES
-Printing process: 3 weeks, Urgent order: 9 days is possible.
-Photo etched: 3 weeks, Urgent order: 9 days is possible
-Stamping: 4 weeks, Urgent order: 10 days is possible
-Casting: 4 weeks, Urgent order: 15 days is possible.

OTHERS
If you are already a JTM customer, you can simply place your order by email or by fax to your sales manager in charge. Otherwise, you can send order to info@jtm-gift.com, and a sales manager will be assigned to you immediately and will take care your order and all ensuing inquiries.
